Mehmet Pasha is a civil engineer with over 30 years of professional experience in construction, real estate development, and project management.
He holds an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering from Shahrud University of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Islamic Azad University, South Tehran Branch.
Throughout his career, he has led and supervised numerous residential and commercial projects in Iran and Turkey, with a strong focus on quality, cost control, and long-term durability.

Efsaneh Pasha is an accomplished Architect with over 20 years of professional experience in architectural design, project planning, and construction supervision.
She has been actively involved in residential and commercial developments, overseeing projects from initial concept and design development through execution and final delivery.
Her expertise includes architectural design coordination, material selection, interior–exterior detailing, and ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards. With a strong focus on functionality, aesthetics, and build quality, she plays a key role in delivering well-designed, efficient, and sustainable projects.
